      <description>&lt;P&gt;History&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Being pa&lt;SPAN&gt;ying 6.99 monthly for Netflix add on for 18 months.&amp;nbsp; Renewed my talktalk&amp;nbsp; contract then&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;out of the blue got an email&amp;nbsp; from Netflix to say talk talk not paid payment.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I contacted talk talk and they stated that it had definitely been paid.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I sent them screen shots and talk talk advised that they would cancel my netflix and I was to subscribe DIRECT&amp;nbsp; to&amp;nbsp; Netflix as talk talk agent&amp;nbsp; didnt think&amp;nbsp; ( I didnt understand that as I can see on your website that you do)&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;that my account allowed it.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; So I am now&amp;nbsp; direct paying to Netflix.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;As I have heard horror stories about people being charged twice with talk talk paying and customer paying I wanted to DOUBLE CHECK that Netflix has been cancelled on my&amp;nbsp; talktalk account.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Please advise if you are able to do this and I will provide&amp;nbsp; account details via direct message.&amp;nbsp; Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
