&lt;P&gt;Just tested this with my own account, it will not let me change my password either.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've emailed internally here to see if there is an issue with this.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My contract ends in a few days and I don’t know if I will be charged for the TV boxes and boost as it is free at the moment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the chat i am being told i have to pay for the return because my account isn't verified yet i have send them everything i know except the phone password.which i have now done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It has been changed from the one i had set up and the one 1st gave the person on the chat to something else without my permission.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Funny how they didn't ask for my home phone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do i change my phone password as like a fool i told the person in the chat&amp;nbsp; the full password?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also how do i lodge a complaint&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chat started at 9.20&amp;nbsp; ended at 10.00&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NOT happy and wish i asked on here and not chat arrggggg&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can I clarify, when you mention your contract ending and returning boxes etc, are you moving to another provider, or just letting the contract end and remaining on a rolling monthly contract ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Just had a quick look at your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You do not need to return any equipment.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are no chargeable boosts showing.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There will be a charge for TalkTalk TV @ £5 per month going forward, but the TV option can be removed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
