I'm still missing my £80 gift card from broadband order in February 2018.

I have periodically been checking, however have never seen one come in.

There was an issue when I initially placed the order. Due to some issue with adopting the line, TalkTalk had to cancel the old order and put a new one in. This was no fault of mine. There should be notes on my account about this as there were other knock on issues caused by this. Wondering if this caused an issue with the voucher as well?

I've also received another tracking email. Though I can't track as I don't have the reference number needed.
