bit disappointing that after 13 months I am still waiting for TopCashback to be applied to my TCB account even after having a case open with them, nobody at talktalk seems to respond to them to get the cash paid paid and resolved.

you offered a lucrative cashback reward when I signed up, please PM me and look into my case, I have screenshot evidence that cashback was applied at the time of my order.
