Didn't get prepaid card

Hi there,

I was going to leave back in November when my contract ended, and was persuaded to stay put with a £130 prepaid card... which I never got. Didn't receive any email about it and had forgotten to follow it up until I found the notes I had scribbled down at the time. Is there any way I'd be able to claim that now?

Yes, I always keep an eye on my Spam folder, nothing arrived.
