Missing gift card

Once I decided to stay with talktalk instead of changing to another company. I was offered a £75 gift card to match what vodafone had offered me. This was put in place on the 20/04/23 and was told to expect the gift card in 42 days. I still haven't received.

Staff will be back after the weekend to look into it for you, but they don't like following up on a different customer's old thread.
