Mum in care home - account switch to dad

Hi there,

My mum has advanced Alzheimer's and has been taken into a care home. The TalkTalk account is in her name. My dad would like to keep the same service, but it needs to be moved into his name. Please can you advise?

Hoping your mum is being well looked after.

The information about change of account is here: Change of account holder. Given that both parties need to sign I'm assuming that you may also need the details about Authority to Act and Power of Attorney assuming that someone looks after mum's legal matters for her.
