Reward for not leaving

I was due to leave Talktalk to another provider this month and I had a call from customer services offering a good deal and a voucher. I havent received information about the voucher that was promised. I tried to call the number that rang me on and it just cut me off. Is there a way i can get hold of them to ask about my contract offer. I have tried to log in but it keeps booting me out.

Sorry if this is in the wrong section but im new to this.

The claim has been sent off to giftcloud who issue the voucher, they can take a minimum of 30 days to be processed, the claim was sent on the 9th Sept, if you haven't heard anything by the 9th Oct we can chase this up.
