    <description>&lt;P&gt;As usual, horrific customer service from TalkTalk - have swapped to a much better value for money provider and still being charged last month for talktalk internet and phone service - having been passed from dept to dept for 1 hr and 40 mins finally able to submit a complaint but not able to automatically process refund!!!! No wonder we swapped to another provider!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As Talktalk charges a full month ahead, it can take a while to balance the books and receive a final bill for £0.00.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any refund due will be sent to your My Account - they have no way to send a refund directly to your bank account. You then claim your refund back from My Account using the same details that should still be in place from your Direct Debit information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I cant see any request to cancel the service the account is still showing as active.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
