      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a current issue accessing "My Account": when attempting to log in the system gets stuck in a cycle of "Preparing account details..., Preparing your bill..., Preparing your dashboard..." before quitting and showing an error message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;"Sorry - for technical or security reasons we cannot log you in. Please refresh and try again"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a known issue and what steps can be taken to access My Account in the meantime?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
