Returning customer would like old account details removed

Hello,

I was with Talktalk for years. I then decided to try Virgin and really wished I hadn't. I recently left Virgin and came back to Talktalk.

In my account I now have two account numbers. I have the new account number with my correct address and FTTP number. But then I have an old account number with a very old dialup broadband package against my old house and an old fibre contact against my new house.

Would it be possible to get the old account number removed from my account, so it just shows the new account number?

I have updated my profile with the correct FTTP number I am currently using and the details of the old account number I would like deleted.

It not possible to remove the old account as it will be linked to your address and line ID

Ah that is ok. At least when I log in now, it is defaulting to the new account number. It was purely cosmetic more than anything as it had an account with my old address.
