Account number for new sign-ups?

Where can I find my account number to register a new account? The installation was a few days ago and all I've got is an order number.

Yes, used same email address for both.

I got a welcome email saying I'll be receiving a "My Account Info" email in a few days so I guess it's a waiting game.
