Hi we had terrible problems with our phone line and was without is working properly for days. We are housebound - I am the sole carer to my husband who is 87 and has parkinsons and dementia and have an emergency call alarm system connected to the phone - so that didn't work properly. So after several attempts to solve it you decided an engineer should call. He located the fault - whoever had connected the line initially had left the connectors far too short which was the source of the problem. The engineer had to pull wires through to get them connected properly. AS I say we are housebound and this bill is a terrible shock as the engineer explained the problem had been the fault of whoever had connected the cables initially.

Please will you reconsider the bill as we have been loyal customers to you since day 1 and before when a different company owned you.

Thanks for reading this plea for help as this has been a great shock to me as I understood the issue was not my fault.
