I have received a letter for debt owed to an account that has been cancelled! I have been in contact with yourselves quite a few times, the last call the gentleman said that it was noted and matter resolved.

Why is a debt complaint contacting me when I have cancelled the account and received confirmation! Please explain and resolve

If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number concerned are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with the account and then wait for them to respond.

Name

Telephone number or account number.
