&lt;P&gt;The vouchers usually take longer than this to come through.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Staff will reply during the week (Monday to Friday).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
