Amazon voucher for new customer

Morning, back in April/May time when I first signed up I was promised a £50 Amazon voucher after I had been with you for three months. Over five months later this still has not appeared. From checking through the forum topics, this seems to be the norm to have to ask for it. Please could someone check into this for me?
