Hi I just got the free upgrade to the full fibre FTTH. I got the email a couple of months ago informing me I was getting this in your email stating "Not only are you being upgraded free of charge, but there will be no change to your current contract, monthly bill, or telephone number. You can learn more about what to expect from your engineer appointment by visiting www.talktalk.co.uk/fibreupgrade ."

My 1st bill since the upgrade has went though has been increased from £23.95 a mo to £29.95 this month and further increasing to £39.95 for my December bill.

Can someone explain this to me? Several times I have asked and had it stated that this upgrade was free and would not effect my bill in any way.
