hello

i have just got my first bill and it has been charged wrongly i am on a fixed term of 25 pounds a month and i am being charged 43 pounds a month , please amend this as soon as possible.

also the date that the bill should come out is the 11th of every month next month it is coming out on the 4th what is going on here
