    <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a letter from TT saying that they could not send bills to a TT email address although it works fine for everyone else! I changed it to another one which I now have to use to login to my account although my password remained unchanged. I cannot change back to the old address even after several months as account already appears to exist. Is this a security issue as well as inconvenient because incorrect old information still on their servers after a&amp;nbsp; system malfunction?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The last bill notification that bounced was in March this year.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
