      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi my account currently shows a current order pending due to go live 6/1/24 (coincidentally the date my contract ends)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When I drill into "order" no details are shown.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have recently asked for a quotation which I suspect the system is seeing as a done deal which is incorrect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm quite happy for my contract to expire and to run on a rolling month basis.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you kindly remove this phantom order from my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Normally a new deal would show up as applying the same day&amp;nbsp; .... even if in error.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Definitely worth further digging ahead of whatever they have in store for you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
