Returns bag for router

Please can someone send me a returns bag for my router. My account ended 13th Dec. When I called to cancel I was informed I need to return my old equipment. However I have not been given either a returns bag or an address to return the equipment to. Love chat no longer works for me (probably because my account has ended).

Live Chat works for anybody - you don't need to be logged into My Account etc.

Try a different browser, allow pop ups and disable ad blockers, @Jenben1982.

Staff can send you a returns bag but are not back on here before Monday. You need to complete your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. Please complete Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
