Broken line overhead type now fixed after 16 Days

Communication has hell but now up and running, however I had to buy a Dongle so my Tenants got some work done at least, anyway that said how does the compensation work out as it was out for 16 days is what I need to know.

For a total loss of service fault, Auto-compensation will apply and can take up to 30 days to be applied.
