      <title>Monthly bill paid twice</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When paying my bill online on 29th December 2023 my phone froze. I went back and checked my bank app and confirmed that no payment went out. I went back into the talk talk and went through the payment again. This time it went through. However, when I checked my online bank app the payment had gone out TWICE!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you possibly can,&amp;nbsp; the simplest thing right now is to leave the surplus in there and it will simply be used towards the next bill, &lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/550747"&gt;@Theresaconnolly&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any transactions now may take till Tuesday to show as processed, and staff will not be back on here before then.&lt;/P&gt;
