    <description>&lt;P&gt;I need my sales order number to claim the Top Cash Back offer and also i have not received my £75 gift card for signing up.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I read its 45 days from.aevice going live for the gift card.&amp;nbsp; No idea why it's so hard to get my sales order number ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customer Service via chat will not give me any information only that a manager will call me.&amp;nbsp; This has been ongoing since 16th October. I have contacted them at least 10 times to try and resolve.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
