Renewal price

I have had a msg my renewal is due. the price is 34.95 I currently pay 39.95 and have 16.00 in add ons.

So The renwal does not mention the add ons so does that mean the monthly cost will be 50.95 or are the addons already in the 34.95. Hope that makes sense.

The quote is for the core service, @mikevick55, so simply the Broadband (with use of landline number).

You need to phone in or use Chat to negotiate the best deals and be specific about which boosts you need.

TV is an extra charge if you are using their box, so be careful not to include that if you don't want it. It's usually listed in package descriptions whether or not you use it.

Another to look out for is the Supersafe boost.

Phone support is only open till 6pm today, not on Sunday.

Thanks for your reply. We only use Broadband and Telephone. A boost for free calls

You'll need to discuss any boosts you want to apply, @mikevick55.

See if you can get the UK calls boost discounted.

The My Account / Email renewal method will likely add TV automatically, over and above the quote.

So don't click on any renewal links. Phone in / use Chat to negotiate your bespoke deal.

Otherwise you'll find yourself phoning in later anyway to remove unwanted extras.
