&lt;P&gt;Ensure that you have completed your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your aaccount. Go via your avatar/name; settings. From the drop down menu:&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Staff reply during the day, Monday to Friday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It looks like you have paid twice there is a credit on your account which you can request as a refund on My Account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
