&lt;P&gt;Are you unable to download a PDF version? Bills are available to view on My Account for 12 months. If you require anything older than that then make a subject access request, although you will be charged a fee for that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you require a paper bill to be sent we can re-order it there is a £2 charge for each bill, if the bill is over 12 months old and not showing in My Account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
