    <description>&lt;P&gt;We lost our Internet for 5 days on Thursday 25 Jan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I reported this each day to T/T&amp;nbsp; -&amp;nbsp; each time I was given an automated message saying it was being investigated and there was no point in speaking to a team member because they do not have any further information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I am told that because it was an automated message the call was not recorded and because of that there will be no compensation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How shabby and dishonest is that???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dave&lt;/P&gt;</description>
