Like others I want to cancel my UK unlimited calls boost but can't do and get no response from chat -tried 2 days in a row. Thanks for any suggestions

You can try phoning 03451 720088 between 9am and 7pm to ask them to remove it for you.

Let us know if you have further problems with it.

Chat should have been working, daytime at the weekend, and will be live till 9pm today.

Many thanks for your help with this. I did manage to get through on the phone line and they've removed it for me.

I didn't try this before as I have hearing loss and phone calls can be difficult , but it worked this time.
