      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Since September last year an order has got stuck in my account.&amp;nbsp; It means I can't order anything until it's cleared.&amp;nbsp; I chatted to someone about it on 2nd Jan and they said they will escalate it but nothing has happened.&amp;nbsp; I still have the chat transcript if you need it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tom&lt;/P&gt;</description>
