&lt;P&gt;It looks like another bill was being prepared as the cease was completing, so they overlapped. Its not a charge for equipment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This has been cleared and the account is now fully disconnected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your will receive 1 more notification for your final zero balance bill at the end of this month.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, hope you can help me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cancelled my home broadband account with talk talk in Dec before moving abroad. I cleared all dues in Dec 2023 but still got an email asking for a final payment and seemed to be charged for the router that was returned!. I'm not able to login to my account from abroad and have no way to contact them. I want to dispute the amount and if nothing works, happy to pay even, just want to be done with this! Can you pls help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
