&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Staff are on here Monday-Friday during the day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you need help over the weekend, call 03451 720088 between 9am and 6pm on Saturday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also: try switching off the router for a full 30 minutes, as described here:&lt;/P&gt;
