I have absolutely no idea what this call is or who it's to. I suspect it may be fraudulent. Please cancel the charge for it. There is no-one else living at this address who could have made it.

Hi brewerp

It appears to be a valid call, if it was fraudulent, or a crossed line, from experience, there would have been a lot more calls made as its an individual call we have to presume its valid.

For the sake of 96p we will add a goodwill credit for the call on this occasion.
