I have a fixed term account which is due to expire on 19 June 2024. I've just received an email informing me that my bill will be increasing in April.

If my account is a fixed term how can the price then be increased before the term has expired?

Most people, my self included, are in the same boat with fixed term contracts.

If you check you contract email or letter, you will see that the annual April increase is mentioned there.

It would also have been prominent when you signed up or renewed.

This affects not only TalkTalk customers, as other ISPs do the same.

Hi MrGray

You are on a variable tariff meaning you are included in the annual April price rise as per the terms and conditions of sale.

Sorry for any confusion.
