For a couple of months now I've struggled to log into my talktalk account due to "Technical issues on the account login". I've tried all the remedies support has suggested. Last month I finally got in via firefox. This now has stopped working, so what browsers do talktalk support?

They as an ISP are not able to email you to the email address they hold for you, a copy of your invoice. They can send you a link that requires the login to be working (which it does not)!

How do they propose to provide a copy of the bill that has been paid?

I think this is a structural failing as you login now becomes a critical point of failure which they have not fixed in over 2 months now and appears to be getting worse.

Any suggestions?

Nor can I now, as of last night the login process looks to have changed and my login now works.

Hopefully this is a permanent fix and it won't recur again.

Glad it has been solved.
