Waiting for Retailer - TopCashback

Hi,

When I bought my full fibre I went through Top Cashback as I was offered £127.50. The purchase didn’t track and It has now been in ‘Waiting for Retailer’ for 8 months (14 months since I bought the Broadband package).

Please can this be looked into?

I have moved this to the Billing section where the support team will be happy to look into this for you. Make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.

Hi,

I gave Top Cashback the order number starting with S0 as this is what was requested by TalkTalk, if that’s what you mean? Top Cashback then resubmitted the claim on 11th May.
