Hi,

My Fibre 67 Broadband ends on May 9th so on my account was the offer to recontract Fibre 67 From April for 24 months.

So I went through the process of recontract Fibre 67 and the information came up that I would get 35 to 39 mbs and a Guaranteed 32.3 mbs.

I cannot understand these figures. At present on my existing Fibre 67 contract my guaranteed speed is 40 mbs, and the router is showing 43110 kps.

Talktalk test speed is showing:

Speed to your router 41 mbs, Speed to your device 40 mbs download 14 mbs upload.

Perhaps a community Support could look into this as the recontract figures do not seem right to me.

If you renew on the same contract your speeds should not change.

I think those figures might relate to the fact I have had speed issues over the last month like 33 to 39 mbs.

As posted up till last month my speeds where around 40 41 with a minimum of 40mbs'
