How do you cancel 'My addons'

I have been calling for the last two days to cancel the addon 'Unlimited UK Calls boost' and have tried to do it myself online but I can't find an option to do so.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Sorry to see that you haven't been able to get through. There isn't an email address and sadly My Account doesn't always work as it should.

The support team here can help with this, they will be back online from Monday.

I have also moved this to the Billing section for you where it will more appropriately be dealt with.

I have requested the boost to be removed ASAP.

All calls will now be chargeable.
