£50 voucher.

I switched to a new contract last month and was told that I would receive a £50 voucher. Please can you advise as to how I can apply for this.

Please update your Community profile to include your customer account number and TalkTalk Community Support will get in touch here next week. Don't post any personal details online though.

The vouchers are normally sent by GiftCloud after a defined period has elapsed. For example if you were advised that you'd get a GiftCloud email after 60 days or 90 days then you're a bit early asking. You'd select a link in the GiftCloud email to claim the voucher that you'd like to receive.

Your service only went live in February this year, vouchers can take up to 60 days to be issued.
