If you ever charge me 1 penny more than £20 per month, I will leave without any penalty after my contract ends on April 11th

The ball is in your court so maybe phone me and offer a better deal than say the YOUFIBRE - 150mbs for £22 per month

Your account is not applicable for the annual price rise this April , however you are out of contract in April so so you will receive the price rise next April if you stay.

Price rises are part of the terms and conditions and have been for a few years now.

@amberarmynmafc ,

I'm not sure what has triggered you to post this "threat", but TalkTalk aren't going to phone you to offer you a better deal. If you want to negotiate a deal, you'll have to phone them and ask to speak to the loyalty team.

Personally though, I think £20 per month is an amazingly low price and I very much doubt if you'll get any better deal with any ISP. Possibly best to just keep the deal you have.
