    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to let you know my call was scheduled between 2-4pm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no doubt that I will not receive a call I have escalated this by live chat today as well as emailing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I'm replying to you they have 34 minutes to call.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not good customer service when I am chasing people for answers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Morning&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I now have an on going issue with Talktalk since the 20th November 2023.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customer service has been dreadful.. I'm on my 3rd Executive Complaints Manager and he is now not responding to my emails regarding this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What else can I do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice greatly appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Forum staff can't usually intervene with the complaint process.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you also try simply phoning the Loyalty team as suggested?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Sorry that this is still ongoing. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The notes on the complaint indicate a call is being made today after 2pm&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are note called today let me know and I can escalate it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
