Hi, I renewed my contract in February 2024, as part of the offer to renew I was offered a voucher for supermarkets/debit card which would be sent to me via email after 45 days and then I would have to claim it.

I haven't received anything via email and I have checked my junk email folder just incase it went there but nothing.

Please can you check my account to let me know how long it will be before it is sent and how long I have to claim it. Thank you.

How much was the voucher for?

Once issued, the voucher is valid for 3 months if not claimed in that time it cannot be re-issued.
