We are new to Talk Talk. Once we have been connected, is it easy to talk to an actual person when needed?

We have had a nightmare so far & wonder if we are doing the right thing even signing up with Talk Talk?

I'm put through to a real live human whether on Chat or phone as long as I contact them during published opening hours, @PaulaPanda.

You have posted on another customer's topic, and one which is 7 months old at that, so it won't be in the forum staff's queue for attention.

If you want help from staff, you'll need to start your own topic and explain your issue in as much detail as possible.
