If Talktalk owes you money it will be credited in My Account, @Kaismommy.

You should see it in Transaction History. Claim it to your bank account using the same details as for your direct debit.

I renewed my contract (in live chat) and was told there will be no shipping, but I have been charged

I’ve no idea how or where to ask for it

Was it a delivery charge for a router / TV box?

Specify what it was supposed to apply to, and staff will be able to take a look when they reach your thread during the day, @Kaismommy.

There is a credit showing on your account. If you log into My Account you can request a refund or use it against your future bills.
