Hi.

My internet was down for two weeks and i was in contact with talktalk (TT) chat for the whole time, so they knew I had issues with my internet. When the issue was rectified I asked about getting compensated. I was told that Compensation is done automatically if TT think you (me) qualify and you have to wait about 30 days.

It has been longer then 30 days and I have not heard from TT about anything to do with compensation at all. So this tells me that the auto compensation either does not work or they do not think I'm entitled to any. Paying for a service I did not get for 2 weeks must surely qualify??
