      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am raising a complaint about the way the are dismally failing to both sort out my complaint and deliver items that should have arrived 2 weeks ago. They send you around in circles and then fail to ring back when they should. They then blamed me for not being in when I had already told them on chat and phoned to say the time THEY &amp;nbsp;selected I was not going to be in! What started as a simple request to replace a very small talk talk D LINK Component is turning into a total shambles.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
