      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently renewed my fibre 65 account for a new 24 month fixed contract&amp;nbsp; at £27 per month"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The deal included&amp;nbsp; a free Echo Dot smart speaker/. When might I receive that device?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry if this is the wrong commjunity area, there deos not appear to beon which covers thius issue.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, no reply.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I find Talktalk very good at offering incentives but lacking in producing the goods.&amp;nbsp; It was not a deal breaker and if it does not appear before the cooling off period they lose a very good and lig standing customer&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A few customers might hop from provider to provider, gaining vouchers etc but not honouring the contract.&lt;/P&gt;
