On 17/05/2024 I received an email from TalkTalk Customer Service <info@customer-service.talktalk.co.uk> titled "We've made the changes you asked for. " and gives me details of "Your new Fibre 65 Data Only Package".

I have not asked for a new package!
It also says "If you change your mind, you can cancel within 14 days of placing your order - just get in touch."

I cannot attach this email but I could email it to you if I had your email address.

Please can you tell me why I have received this email and Cancel this for me.

Best Regards,

Mark Smith

Hi smiler002

It looks to have been automated when a replacement router was sent to you by us, I can assure you there has been no change to your package.

Sorry for any confusion.
