      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I &amp;nbsp;still haven't received my £25 voucher after my upgrade to Full Fibre. &amp;nbsp;It was installed on 23/02 24, so I have waited double the stated 45 days and still no email. I too have contacted &amp;nbsp;giftcloud support as directed in the installation email, all I have received is an auto reply to say they are busy, so it may take longer to answer my query.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I would be grateful if someone at TalkTalk could escalate this for me.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
