      <title>Final bill after home move/contract renewal</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I moved house at the end of last month, and renewed my contract with TalkTalk for another 18 months. I received a letter a few weeks ago saying I'd receive a final bill - I then called TalkTalk and was told I didn't need to worry, there will be no final bill. My outstanding balance is now showing as £115 due to an early exit fee. Why have I received a final bill when 1. I was told I wouldn't, and 2. I didn't cancel my contract?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you use the Home Move team to set up the new service, &lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/561851"&gt;@Eloisesl&lt;/a&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Only then should the old contract end without early termination fees.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you didn't use that process they will be treating it as the end of the old service irrespective of starting a new one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
